Welcome,
Let me ask you;
Are you happy with where you are today?
Do you feel that you can't be any better?
Have you given up?
Are you stuck in a rut?
Have you quit Growing as a person?
Have you quit growing as a Christian?
So many people have become wearied in their minds, wearied with life and all it’s challenges, if that’s you we want to encourage you in your faith and in your walk with God.
Understand that God has a plan for your life and it’s good, it’s to prosper you in your soul, in your body, in your relationships, in your marriage in fact His Word declares in 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers.
Now your soul houses your mind, will and emotions, what you put into your mind will determine the decisions that you make it will also effect the way that you respond emotionally.
Let’s define what we are saying here; the mind, your mind is a powerful thing, it is the engine room where decisions are made not only concerning your bodily functions but also concerning the way that you live your life, the decisions that you make each day, good or bad.
What we sow into our minds will determine how we live our lives, as we are faithful to sow God’s Word into our minds and act upon that Word it not only transforms our thinking but it also transforms every area of our being. We begin to prosper as the Word says in our soulish realm of our mind, will and emotions.
Hebrews 4:12 says; For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
So we want to encourage you to use the Word of God to transform your mind daily, meditate upon it, ponder it in your heart, utter it with your lips. As you do this you will begin to feel better about yourself, you will begin to grow as a Christian, you will begin to get excited about your future as you come into agreement with God’s plan for your life.
As we are faithful to take the Word of God and apply it to our minds we will begin to understand what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God for our lives.
Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
In our passage of Scripture, Paul is telling us to not be "conformed" to the world; rather, we are to be transformed--we are to have a different mind about life. And how does this transformation take place? It comes from having our minds renewed...having the mind of Christ. Then, and only then, can we discover the "good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
May you grow in wisdom, grace, faith and courage in our Lord Jesus Christ,
